Putting compassion, empathy and authenticity at the heart of everything she does, Ruth often shares her own lived experience of Panic Disorder and Generalised Anxiety Disorder, and is a patron of UK charity, No Panic. Having completed her MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology with a Distinction at the University of East London, Ruth's research work is focused on coaching and post-traumatic growth through her Community Interest Company CHAMPS for Change.
