He has extensive experience in leadership development, and executive coaching utilising evidence based positive psychology. John founded companies in the mining and computer industries - one of which achieved IBM's most prestigious award of 'IBM Gold Logo Dealer' – Best of the Best. He has worked extensively throughout Australian and North America.
