María Josefina Peláez Zuberbühler

Dr. Josefina Peláez Zuberbühler obtained a bachelor’s degree in Psychology in Argentina, a Master degree in Work Organizational, and Human Resources Psychology and a PhD at Universitat Jaume I, Spain. Her PhD topic has been related to the design development, and validation of positive interventions based on coaching-based leadership and strengths-based coaching aimed to promote healthy and resilient organizations. She is currently working as a researcher in WANT Research Team (with Dr. Marisa Salanova as director), where she is involved in different research and consultant projects, related to organizational positive applied psychology, currently involved as researcher in Horizon 2020 EU H-WORK project: “Multilevel interventions to promote mental health in SMEs and public workplaces”. She is also professor in the Master of Work, Organizational, and Human Resources Psychology at the same University.
