Eman Naama-Ghanayim

Eman Naama-Ghanayim has received her M.A degree with honors in Leadership and Policy in Education at the Department of Leadership and Policy in Education at the University of Haifa, Israel. She is currently an English high-school teacher and English Studies Coordinator. In addition, she has started her PhD at Department of Leadership and Policy in Education at the University of Haifa. Eman is a member of assessment and evaluation team in the Teaching with the Heart and Mind project; funded by the Israeli Ministry of Education and the Israel Science Foundation. Some of her research work on teachers’ sense of meaning, caring and the quality of teacher-student relationships have already been presented in the 9th European Conference on Positive Psychology in a Symposium about Caring Relationships in Organizations. Her first article about the antecedents and the effects of teachers’ caring has been published in a prestigious journal “Teaching and Teacher Education”.
