For more than 15 months, the COVID-19 pandemic has caused widespread and unprecedented disruptions in ways we worked, interacted, played, prayed, learnt, and cared for each other, thus increasing stress. Assessing specific COVID-19 related stressors in real-time, this talk draws insights from applied positive psychology research, and shares adaptable, accessible and inclusive strength-based strategies which can help us in building a better post-pandemic world.
