Mabel San Román Niaves
Graduated in Psychology in 2015 at Universidad Veracruzana in Mexico, during my undergraduate studies in 2014, I obtained a 6-month study grant at the Universidad de Valencia where I deepen my knowledge in Organizational Psychology.
I have work experience as a HR professional in a product company, in which my main activities were mainly in personnel recruitment and selection, climate and organizational development. In that time, I developed skills such as teamwork, resilience, adaptation to change and communication skills.
In 2018, I obtained the Psychology of Work, Organizations and Human Resources at Universitat Jaume l in Castellón de la Plana, España.
Now, I am currently doing my PhD in Psychology under the line of compassion and compassionate care research in healthcare sector.
I am also collaborating with the European project entitled "H-Work Multilevel interventions to promote mental health and well-being in SMEs and public organizations." Within my research interests, I am developing positive psychology interventions focused in health care sectors, to improve happiness, well-being and engagement in health care workers.
