Julie Weste is a highly accomplished positive psychology coach and practitioner, facilitator and speaker. Believing that wellbeing starts with what works, Julie puts wellbeing at the heart of professional and personal transition as she combines her deep change expertise with tangible and customised wellbeing practices that meet her clients where they are.
With over two decades of professional experience leading organisational transformation and cultural change, and of facilitation and team development, Julie’s insights and wisdom are highly valued as she guides individuals and groups to new wellbeing discoveries and outcomes.
Julie delivered a gallery presentation on 'Ethics at the forefront of positive psychology practice: an appreciative dialogue framework' at the online IPPA World Congress in 2021.
She is accredited as a positive psychology, strengths and wellbeing coach and practitioner and works and collaborates globally. She is also a certified Meaning and Purpose practitioner.
Julie has a Master of Applied Positive Psychology, a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Education degree, majoring in Psychology. She is an active member of the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA), the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
