Anne-Josee Guimond
Anne-Josée Guimond, Ph.D., is a postdoctoral research fellow at Harvard School of Public Health. Her research aims to understand how positive and detrimental aspects of psychological functioning impact the incidence of age-related diseases (e.g., cardiometabolic disease, cognitive decline) and the maintenance of optimal physical health through modifiable biological and behavioral factors. Dr. Guimond received a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Université Laval (Canada), where her doctoral thesis focused on the role of emotion regulation in psychological adjustment to breast cancer. She is also a licensed psychologist in Québec, Canada, with expertise in health psychology, anxiety, mood, and sleep disorders.
