Likitha Silapurem

I completed my undergraduate studies and Honours in Psychology at The University of Queensland. I am interested in applying psychological theory to practical settings and have co-authored papers on safe driving behaviour and hazard perception. I am currently doing my PhD at the University of Melbourne. My research focuses on job crafting and healthcare, and I am exploring how we can combine job crafting with workplace coaching into a new intervention, and whether this can be used to improve job stress, burnout and patient safety in nurses.
