Daniela Ramirez Duran
PhD student at the Centre for Positive Psychology at the University of Melbourne’s Graduate School of Education. Completed a Honours Degree in Psychology at University of Concepcion in Chile and is a certified Clinical Psychologist. Worked for 10 years in Chile, designing, delivering and assessing mental health and wellbeing interventions for public and private schools and with young people in clinical practice. Also involved in teaching and researching activities at University of Concepcion. In 2017 moved to Australia to undertake the Master of Applied Positive Psychology at the University of Melbourne, sponsored by Becas Chile - CONICYT. Her passion for learning and interest in yoga and developing personally and professionally, have encouraged her to pursue further studies in Australia. After being awarded another scholarship from CONICYT, she is expecting to expand her career in research and academia whilst keeping a professional practice to apply Positive Psychology.
