Adam J Gross
Dr. Gross has a BS degree from Dominican University in Organizational Leadership, an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, and a Ph.D. in Business Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Dr. Gross teaches statistics at the Chicago School and has been an accounting and finance professional with over 7 years of experience. Dr. Gross has worked in several different industries and has held senior-level positions. Dr. Gross is also an executive coach, mentor, and active member of his community. Dr. Gross believes Passion and Perseverance relate to every business decision which is the focus of his research area. Dr. Gross’s dissertation topic was Grit, Psychological Capital, and Employee Engagement.
