Carl M.S. Chung
Carl is the founder of Teengineer - Institute of Positive Psychology. For more than ten years, he has been promoting wellbeing education to the public. He served in a Fortune 500 company as a consultant. That experience has become the inspiration for his Institute. Carl is an alumna of Master of Applied Positive Psychology at University of Pennsylvania, and his projects focus mainly on fostering wellbeing through positive education. Advised by Dr. Alejandro Adler, he wrote my dissertation on Positive education in Hong Kong, proposing a model for implementation. His Institute currently advises schools on positive education strategies, and some of his partner organisations include the Education Bureau (HKSAR Government), the University of Hong Kong, the Education University of Hong Kong, The Hong Kong Jockey Club, South China Morning Post, etc.
