Shani Hassid Sela

Shani Hassid-Sela received her excellence B.Ed from Oranim Academic College of Education in Israel. She is currently working as a teacher and School Head Science Coordinator and Pedagogical Coordinator. She is also a graduate student at the Department of Leadership and Policy in Education at the University of Haifa, Israel. Some of her research work on teachers’ sense of meaning has already been presented in international conferences in Israel and Europe.
