Maria Giovanna Vianello, MBA, MSc, is an Organizational Development professional and ICF Executive Coach working for Novartis, based in Singapore. Maria Giovanna holds a Masters of Business and Organizational Psychology (University of Liverpool), Master of Business Administration (EDHEC) and Bachelor of Business. With two decades of experience in the design and delivery of Organizational, Leadership Development and Learning initiatives, she has a demonstrated track record driving innovative solutions for complex organizational issues at Fortune 100 companies in the global market, thoroughly applying Appreciative Inquiry principles within multiple different business contexts, including Pharma, IT, Oil&Gas, Fashion and Hospitality.
